Baking! mmmmmmmmmmmm

So I went a little crazy with my baking this year but there's not a whole lot else to do with all this snow!

(Auntie Minnie: You used to send these to dad and I just loved them so I decided to try and make them. Well I tried my finished product they tasted just like yours! I was so excited!!)

Winter silliness............

This is what happens when you get all snowed in..............

And since Kaylee's Gingerbread Play was cancelled last night due to something about snow (not sure what that was all about...........) I asked her to recite her part for us:

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow........and snow, and snow, and snow some more!

So since it's been snowing for over 24 hours now, this is what happens................

When I started shoveling there was about 12 inches and by the time I got done, the area where I had started already had about an 1 1/2 of more snow!

And no, that's not a white hat I'm wearing! By the time I came in I had a white crusty snow-hat on my head!

As you can tell, I am thrilled to be out shoveling! I'm just beyond excited at the knowledge that I have to go back out in a little while and DO IT ALL AGAIN!!!!!
